Mark is out in the field with his son Ryan making things happen and solving problems. Mark can build and/or fix pretty much anything which means you can always find him working on the coolest projects! With his family by his side, Mark is unstoppable. He continuously works in the field to gain more knowledge and experience to pass on to his customers. He treats every home like his own and gives 110% every day, and in his own words, he's too busy to be sick! He is dependable and you can always count on Mark for a job well done and a good laugh. His kind heart and willingness to go the extra mile will shine through in every job.

Debbie has had her contractor's license since 2011 but was raised with construction in her blood. She learned a lot of tricks and tools of the trade from her dad who is a retired builder. She is a key member to this team because of her extensive knowledge and experience in the field and the office. Deb's favorite quote is: "Your dreams don't work unless you do." She and Mark have been married forever and love spending time with their family and especially their grandson. They both enjoy spending time at their cabin and going on adventures. Deb has a passion for animals and loves spoiling their pets.

Ryan is the perfect combination of Deb and Mark! He also has a General Contractors license and has gained skill and knowledge from being in the field and growing up in the construction world. He is the conduit between the customer and our team and keeps us all focused on getting the job done and done right. He lets our customers know exactly what they can expect with any project and will give you realistic expectations and honest answers. He has great people skills. He organizes the crews, keeps the wheels turning and puts out the fires. He's married to his best friend (and hairdresser extraordinaire) and together they have the best son/grandson anyone could ever dream of.

Vikki is our rock in the office! She always knows exactly what is going on with all of our projects and is so organized! She keeps track of everything going on in the field to ensure we're on track to finish. Vikki is a vital part of our team and is always going above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and taken care of. Even though Eeyore is her favorite, you'll never find a rain cloud over her desk, she always has a bright smile on her face, and it's contagious. Talk about best employee ever! Oh and did we mention she has the cutest granddaughter ever?! When Vikki isn't hard at work she loves spending time with her husband, two kids, sweet granddaughter and her pups.

Addie is our "go-to" in the office. She needs her own hat rack!! She's our IT department, she's our HR department, she's our source for figuring out anything and everything! She has the ability to always find the silver lining. Addie is always first to jump in with suggestions and ideas to help keep us on track. She's the resident "atta boy er" - always making sure that everyone knows their good work is appreciated. She is a ray of sunshine and her EQ as well as her IQ is off the charts! She has an amazing family, a very special other half and a very adorable baby girl! We are so lucky to have her!

Jack Brunson is our commercial superhero! He is the head of all commercial projects and occasionally we're lucky enough to swing him into the residential stuff too! Jack is always ready to lend a helping hand, figure out a solution and deliver great results, always with a smile. Jack knows construction like the back of his hand. There's no challenge he's not able to conquer! He needs a cape! Everybody loves working with Jack!! We are so lucky to have his knowledge and experience in our corner! Jack is a devoted dad, granddad, brother, uncle and friend. His family means the world to him! We are so lucky to have him as a part of our work family!

Fidel and Luis are a father and son team that completely rock every project that they are given! Mark and Fidel have been friends for years, and Fidel is truly apart of the family! Luis has been working by his dad's side for several years now and has learned all of the tricks of the trade from the best! Their skill and talent is unbelievable and they can handle anything you need! They have experience in everything from painting, stucco work, texturing, electrical, and all repairs in between. We are a very family oriented business and LOVE the fact that we have a father and son team. We are so lucky to have these two as a part of our work family!

DJ is our BINSR Team Lead. Oh boy are we lucky to have him on our team, not only can he take care of pretty much anything you throw his way but he'll make you crack up while doing it! He has a great sense of humor and is always fun to be around! Construction runs deep in his family too! His dad built custom homes, his grandpa was a brick layer and his uncle was an electrician so we has able to learn a lot growing up in such an awesome family! Speaking of awesome, DJ and his wife have four beautiful children and they all love baseball! We really did hit a home run when we found DJ and added him to Team Barber!

Tyrone is the newest member of the Barber Contracting family and he has been a great addition! His hard work, dedication and skill set is nothing short of fantastic! We can always count on Tyrone to take care of business quickly and efficiently. His years of experience in the construction business really shines through with his attention to detail and his quality of work really makes him a cut above the rest! Tyrone is sure to amaze you with his work but will also make you smile! Everyone loves working with him! He sure to light up the room with his smile and leave you feeling great with his kind words and laid back disposition. Once again, a win for Team Barber!

John is our go to guy when it comes to tile! His creativity and genuine talent when it comes to tile makes him a cut above the rest! We can always depend on John to come through when we're working on a job with tile. He always goes the extra mile on his jobs to make sure they are perfect! He is always smiling and is so much fun to work with! We are so lucky to have such a talented guy on our team! John is originally from San Diego and has been working doing tile installation in the valley for over 13 years. John loves big trucks, fast cars and long walks on the beach! His humor and talent is a perfect addition to our team!

Dalton is our landscaper and the Barber Contracting Comedian. Seriously, what other general contractor has their own comedian?! Well we do, and that's another thing that makes us a cut above the rest! Dalton has a great work ethic to go along with his humor! He will get the job done and make you feel like you weren't even working! We can always count on Dalton to make our houses shine with flawless front and back landscapes and can trash out a house in no time! When he's not landscaping he's is teaming up with someone else on a job and learning all of the tricks of the trade! When Dalton has free time he enjoys spending time with his family and girlfriend and volunteers with local fire departments. How lucky are we to have him?!

Sherri is our QC (quality control) person as well as our go to problem solver! She is amazing out in the field making sure everything is running smoothly and looking great. Her creativity is truly inspirational. She is always thinking outside of the box and striving to make our business better. She is efficient but always takes time to ensure every job is up to Barber standards. Sherri has so much experience that she is a great resource for every project and is always willing to help everyone out and share her wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate, construction and much more! When Sherri isn't hard at work she enjoys traveling with husband, Brad, and spoiling their animals. Sherri is so much fun and a great addition to the Barber team!

​​Augie is our office greeter. Loved by all. Beware, he'll steal your heart with those big brown eyes. He's a bit of a hypochondriac. There's no way you're getting away without giving him a few scratches.

Sweet Lilah has a lot to say about everything and she'll make sure you know about it. She's the all-seeing and all-knowing. She has a special stash of treats and toys and she's the typical girl...it's ALL hers!!
